Accommodation - Umhlanga and Umdloti

Apart from the accommodation listed we are able to acquire and arrange accommodation in bed and breakfast establishments, family and business hotels and five star status hotels including the Beverly Hills Umhlanga and Royal Durban.

Types of units available

Quantum Sun also offers a comprehensive range of over 100 houses, luxury and budget apartments, garden cottages and bachelor flats in the Umhlanga and Umdloti areas. Sizes of units vary from 2 sleepers to houses that accommodate up to 12 people. We are also able to offer budget accommodation suitable for school groups and sports teams. Minimum Stays

The normal minimum booking period is three nights, shorter stays can be arranged although these will be subject to a linen surcharge and availability.

Servicing

All accommodation is serviced daily Monday to Friday but excludes dishwashing (some units do have a dish washer). Servicing over weekends is subject to a surcharge of approximately R100 per day.

What to bring

Whilst accommodation is fully equipped, tenants are requested to bring their own beach and bath towels and toiletries, - soap, toilet paper, etc. Some unit provide bath towels.

Rental Age Restriction

Accommodation will not be rented to students and persons under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a person over this age.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of 50% plus a booking fee of R270 is required to be paid within 24 hours of confirmation, the balance must be paid prior to occupation. A breakage deposit of between R500 and R2000 is also required which will be refunded a week after departure.
