Who are we?

Quantum Sun's first rentals took place in 1987 and since then the company has grown to be one of the largest rental agencies in South Africa. Rentals are confined to Southern Sun and the Breakers Timeshare resorts, self-catering accommodation in Umhlanga and immediate areas and the Cape Town Peninsula Resort which is only handled during December. We have restricted our activities to the resorts and self-catering units mentioned as we have an intimate knowledge of the facilities and accommodation offered and all our trained consultants are able to offer knowledgeable advice to our clients when planning their holidays.
Quantum Sun is situated in the Granada Centre in the heart of Umhlanga and we welcome holiday- makers to visit our premises and meet our staff.

Security and peace of mind

When planning your holiday, it is most important that you deal with a company that you can trust and is professional in its dealings with timeshare and accommodation owners, the resort themselves and tenants. There have been many instances in the past where prospective tenants have paid deposits to "owners" only to find that these persons DO NOT own the unit that they are renting. We at Quantum Sun do all the checks to ensure that your holiday is 100% safe and that the unit is available for your occupation. Whilst many private arrangements are successfully concluded there are also those which can prove to be a financial disaster. We are proud of our reputation that during the many years of arranging holidays, everyone has been able to occupy their confirmed accommodation. Quantum Sun staff are all registered with the Estate Agents Affairs Board and you are fully protected as all agents hold fidelity certificates.
